I just got my NMCI email turned on - but when I send emails, it says ‘CIV’ instead of ‘ENS’. My NMCI email is attached to my military CAC, which is what I use to login into my email. I called NMCI and they made a fix, which didn’t help. They told me to call milconnect. I called them and they told me to call NMCI.
