I am not able to craft air support charges or mantis engines it says I need to craft landing craft foundry segment. I can switch ships and it shows the different ship while ...

The cooldown for air support charges in your gear still goes down when you pause the game in solo mode even though everything should be paused and frozen. Since air support charges will no longer be tied to a cosmetic (your landing craft), the same should apply with rep gain from syndicate sigils Suggestion TL;DR: Tying cosmetics with gameplay is a terrible idea and syndicate sigils have this problem significantly worse than landing crafts do.
