Posted April 13, 2016. Tellurium drops occasionally on regular Uranus missions. Drops about as rarely as argon cystals in the void, seems like. Otherwise you can try various archwing missions, just don't expect too many of them, they aren't exactly common drops.

I'm currently trying to get my last part of the smelter cosmetic set, and now all I need is 20 tellurium, I've gotten around 4 so far from the Uranus survival, but I was wondering if there's a faster way, since I've been on missions there that last up to an hour while only getting a single drop Like any other resource, farming it is the easiest with a Despoil Nekros, Pilfering Strangledome Khora, Speed Nova, a Warframe that can heal, Smeeta Kavat, a Resource Booster, Resource Drop Chance Booster, and a Resource Drop Chance Blessing. Archwing missions generally give a drop or two every other mission or so.
