I did have this same experience with the .25 dose, though not so far on .5 (only three .5 doses so far) This was my experience before I went up to the 1mg dose. I'd get a HUGE hunger spike a day or so before my next dose was due. I'd usually try to drink more water to curb my "hunger pangs." This happened to me while I was on the .25mg.
