Kate was my first therapist on BetterHelp, and she was auto-assigned to me when I put in my requirements for what kind of help I was looking for on the app.

My government job is requesting my records for when I used this service but have been unable to obtain them because of some rule that betterhelp deletes their records when you discontinue service. I would like to see her either bi-weekly or monthly, but it doesn't seem like BetterHelp offers a payment plan for these types. The maintenance plan seems rather pricey, and unless I see her less frequent than once a month, then it's not cheaper than my current plan (every 4 weeks). Therapy through BetterHelp is sometimes called counseling. The basics were: - Betterhelp is less expensive. - Talkspace's main offering is geared more toward messaging support (over virtual sessions) - Talkspace has a service that can prescribe, Betterhelp doesn't. - Betterhelp is more thorough in the intake process. - Talkspace let's you choose from a couple of different options. Has anyone tried BetterHelp counselling? It's considerably cheaper than other forms of counselling, and has pretty good reviews. I'm having trouble finding an OCD-specific therapist, however. I've seen a lot of therapists in my life and the non-OCD-knowledgeable ones just didn't do the trick... I just wished there was a lower commitment pricing ...
