You need to keep it aerated, keep it moist, add eve parts brown and green components (as in nitrogen and carbon rich components) Then you also have to let it sit around 6 months so possibly a good 1-4 weeks pz time.

There is a bug with molotov in 41. So i cant do that:) most of the time as 80% chance for the bug to kick in. Also fire destroys all loot on the corpses. And afaik the new backpack bag is only available as zombie loot. I have had that issue/bug.
