Ogee Botanical Eye Balm comes in a very nice jar with a scoop for applying the balm. I use the back of the scoop as I can control better how much product I am getting from the jar. I wish the scoop would attach to the jar but I sit it on top of the jar. A little bit of this balm goes a long way. The balm is thick and rich.
