We recently stayed at Club Med Ixtapa, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The check-in process was our first challenge; it was disorganized and time-consuming, causing unnecessary stress at the beginning of our vacation. Moreover, the quality of drinks served at the resort was subpar.
