Honda crv keyless start system problem

Hi all, i have a 18 accord sport 2.0T with the same exact issue. drivers door handle doesnt unlock but locks. the passenger door fully functions unlock/lock. i did bring it to the dealer and they replaced the door handle which did nothing. they wouldnt troubleshoot further beacuse i had a Karr shock sensor (dealer installed). i recently had the Karr sensor removed and the issue still remains.
