Recording capacity is shared by all profiles on an account. For example: if you have 250 hrs of Cloud DVR, and one user records 200 hours there are only 50 hours remaining for all profiles to record. Wouldn't be surprised if it's a server-app issue. Happened every so often for me over the past couple months on Firestick 4k where I would need to do a restart.
