Obituary. Vladimir Radev, 92, of Wilmington, passed away at home on Friday, October 14, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 26, 1930, in Bulgaria to the late Georgi and Sultana (Alexieva) Radev. Vladimir was a professor of nuclear engineering and a mechanical engineer in the space industry.
