Support. Sometime after upgrading to iOS 16.2, my 'send' button in text/iMessage screens was periodically greyed out. From what I've read, the only fix is to cancel out of it and start over. I tried rebooting the phone, but it happened again today, so that didn't help. This is on a SE3 (2022) that I've had for basically a year.
