Bohemia only owns the Official servers, so they control when they wipe it and not. They have absolutely no control or say over player run dedicated servers that are on the community server lists. For official, the Devs usually announce if it’s a wipe or not. Can’t see any evidence. Typically if it’s a huge overhaul it’s wiped, or if there’s a technical issue that requires them to wipe. If it’s just minor changes they leave it. Doubt we will see a wipe, the last patch bought an unintended wipe and 1.20 had the intended wipe.
