I work in BTS and as of late I despise my role. I hate the culture, the people I work with are awful, and I’m burnt out. At this point I wouldn’t be upset at all if I were laid off. I feel like I am stuck in golden handcuffs, and a layoff would probably be a relief for me. February 4 by Centenesucks.
So - from upper leadership, they have identified the next rounds of layoffs (hearing hardware folks - not sure what this means atm). They will be notified in April 2024 and will be exited in May 2024. This will not be like the last time where they get a 3 month severance. Wishing everyone well during this downturn of events.
